B.A. (Ed.) English Studies

Entry Requirements

Prospective students seeking admission into the B.A. (Ed.) English Studies program must meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Background: Minimum of five credits in WASSCE/NECO, including English Language, Literature-in-English, and other relevant subjects.

  • JAMB Requirement: A competitive score in the UTME, with English Language as a compulsory subject.

  • Post-UTME Screening: Candidates must pass the university’s post-UTME assessment and meet any additional faculty-specific requirements.

A strong command of English, an interest in literature, and a passion for teaching are essential for success in this program.
